Terms for your stay
Cleaning and Damage Policy
All Gite towels and linens are supplied. Whilst we do not ask for a damage/breakage deposit we do ask you to notify us immediately of any damage or breakages, where appropriate please replace items, i.e. glasses, mugs etc of a similar quality.
We reserve the right to charge for any excess damage outside of normal wear and tear. Guests are asked to tidy thier gite before vacating, there will be a cleaning charge of between E20-E50 depending on which gite you rent payable in cash prior to departure.
For those staying more than a week, we provide a clean set of sheets and towels at the end of every week. Cleaning of gites throughout your stay is available upon request.

Check in / Check out
Check in is from 16H00. Check out by 10H00. But you may leave your bags in the office after check out time.
Acceptance of Booking
A request for a booking from this website will be accepted depending on availability of the gite(s).
We will notify you if your booking request is possible. If we are able to accommodate you, we will hold a booking for 5 days while awaiting the deposit.
A deposit of 25% is required. Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival but we will remind you at that time.
