A first-floor 55m2 elegant and spacious apartment with cathedral ceilings, exposed beams, including fans in the 3 rooms.
A private stairway from the rear to the covered entry terrace, which has a table & 4 chairs overlooking the swimming pool & gardens, and enjoys wonderful sunsets in the summer.
The gas BBQ is situated at the bottom of the outdoor stairs in a small enclosed area.
Open plan living/dining/kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, under-bench oven, gas hobs, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffeemaker, electric jug & toaster, etc.
An Air conditioning unit is in the open plan living area and blows through to the bedrooms.
There is a bookcase with a selection of books and tourist brochures. A corner wall-mounted unit holds the flat-screen TV, complete with standard French channels and free-to-view UK TV channels. A 2-seater couch & 2 single chairs provide comfortable seating.
Suitable For Families
The large main bedroom with an ensuite has a queen-size bed and free free-standing wardrobe.
The second bedroom is slightly smaller with 2 single beds, a set of drawers, a wardrobe, and access to the house bathroom.
All linens and bathroom towels are supplied free of charge. Included are an iron, an ironing board, and a hairdryer.
Free access to separate pool towels is also available.
Washing machine facilities include free detergent and are shared with the other guests on a rotational basis.

Excellent location and lovely warm welcome. The tranquility of the site was excellent- lovely gardens. The village being so close meant we could just leave the car and walk or take a bus to different places. The pool house was perfect for the two of us- with air conditioning, which was very welcome. Wish we could have stayed longer.
A lovely, peaceful location with a stunning house & gardens. We cycled from Avignon train station, which was really easy. Friendly & helpful hosts when we saw them. Beautiful big pool with lots of loungers and space. Nothing to fault, would love to visit again.
The entire property was thoughtfully appointed and beautifully maintained. Our roomy gite was spotless and well-equipped. There were many unexpected amenities, such as sunscreen and a welcome bottle of wine, and our hosts were well-informed about area activities and festivities. We particularly enjoyed the exceptional pool and surrounding gardens on the very hot days of our stay.
