Picnic's

We have picnic baskets, blankets, and fold-out chairs, etc, for your use if you fancy having a picnic.
Or if you are looking for something different, then why not consider visiting one of our favourite vineyards where you can do a very informative self-guided tour, wine tasting, or enjoy an Apéritif Vigneron set amongst the vines with stunning views towards Mt Ventoux.

We recommend booking in advance at http://www.marottevins.com/en/

Group bookings

Looking for somewhere to celebrate a special birthday with friends or have a family reunion.

In total, we can sleep up to 24 guests.
We will work with you to make the visit memorable, from pizza nights around the swimming pool, tables set out so you can all eat together, plus so much more.

We’d be happy to help – enquire by email.

Cycling

Cycle hire is available from a local company that will deliver and collect from Mas Saint Antoine. We suggest you organise in advance of your visit by contacting them directly at www.telecycles-location.com. They provide you with maps of cycling routes in the immediate area that cater to all levels.  Behind MSA is an old railway line converted into a cycling path that will connect to other cycling routes.

Boule Court/Table Tennis

There is a Boule Court with Boules supplied. You are welcome to use the court between the hours of 9h – 22h30 by yourselves or to challenge the other guests to a game. In a shaded area of the garden is a table tennis table with bats and balls.

We also have a variety of other outdoor games spread around the gardens for young and old to enjoy.

Babies & Small Children

Highchairs, cots, booster seats, and a light stroller (suitable for 6 months to 3 years or 15 kg) are available on request. There is a small charge of E5 per night or E25 for the week for a travel cot, linens, and towels. We do suggest that you let us know if you require any of these at the time of your booking so they can be reserved. We also have a small selection of toys, buckets, and spades for your trip to the beach.

Book Exchange

In each of the Gites, we offer a variety of books, mainly left behind by previous guests. You are welcome to exchange the book that you bring with you. We also have a selection of magazines at the pool, which is constantly being updated as new guests arrive and add to it.

Memories of your visit

Pat Katz from Saskatoon, Western Canada, who has stayed with us many times, has done some wonderful sketches around Mas Saint Antoine. These are displayed on her website and can be ordered to be made into iPhone or Galaxy cases, tote bags, greeting cards, cushion covers, or to have as a print on your wall. You can find out more about Pat and the sketches she has done by visiting her website http://pat-katz.artistwebsites.com/ and clicking on Mas Saint Antoine.

A small selection of golf clubs is available free of charge – men’s left & right and women’s right. There are a few golf courses, ranging from pitch n putt (10 minutes away) to country clubs, from 20 minutes away.

Local Information

As we live on site, we are always around to answer your questions, offer you assistance, and share our knowledge of the region.

Every Gîte is provided with an information pack in which (as well as describing life at the Mas) we have gathered information about local attractions, markets, and recommended restaurants. (We’ll even help with reservations, if you need it.)

Cleaning

The Gite will be clean and tidy on arrival.  Guests are asked to leave the Gite in the same condition when departing. Cleaning throughout your stay is available upon request at a small cost.  There is an end-of-stay cleaning fee, which will be communicated to you when you make a reservation. The cost will depend on the size of the Gite

Excellent location and lovely warm welcome. The tranquility of the site was excellent- lovely gardens. The village being so close meant we could just leave the car and walk or take a bus to different places. The pool house was perfect for the two of us- with air conditioning, which was very welcome. Wish we could have stayed longer.

A lovely, peaceful location with a stunning house & gardens. We cycled from Avignon train station, which was really easy. Friendly & helpful hosts when we saw them. Beautiful big pool with lots of loungers and space. Nothing to fault, would love to visit again.

The entire property was thoughtfully appointed and beautifully maintained. Our roomy gite was spotless and well-equipped. There were many unexpected amenities, such as sunscreen and a welcome bottle of wine, and our hosts were well-informed about area activities and festivities. We particularly enjoyed the exceptional pool and surrounding gardens on the very hot days of our stay.
