A 35m2 converted barn with the original opening replaced by a large double-glazed frontage with double doors, there is plenty of natural light, and ventilation is provided by two panels above the doors.
The front lounge area contains a couch, coffee table & lamp. On a unit sits a flat screen TV with the option of French or English free-view channels.
This lovely self-contained studio gite consists of 2 main rooms, the ‘back’ room is brightly coloured & contains the fully fitted kitchen, equipped with fridge freezer, a gas hob & oven combination unit, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, electric jug and coffee maker, etc.
There is no direct sunlight; however, there is sufficient lighting to overcome this.
Within this area is a small separate bathroom with a glassed-in shower, WHB and WC.
The ‘front’ room has an air conditioning unit and is divided by a chiffon curtain; the bedroom area contains the queen-size four-posted bed and a free-standing wardrobe.
Suitable For Couples
Out front, you have your own shaded terrace with a table & chairs for outside dining and a gas BBQ.
All linens and bathroom towels are supplied free of charge.
Included are an iron, an ironing board, and a hairdryer. Free access to separate pool towels is also available.
Washing machine facilities include free detergent and are shared with the other guests on a rotational basis.

Excellent location and lovely warm welcome. The tranquility of the site was excellent- lovely gardens. The village being so close meant we could just leave the car and walk or take a bus to different places. The pool house was perfect for the two of us- with air conditioning, which was very welcome. Wish we could have stayed longer.
A lovely, peaceful location with a stunning house & gardens. We cycled from Avignon train station, which was really easy. Friendly & helpful hosts when we saw them. Beautiful big pool with lots of loungers and space. Nothing to fault, would love to visit again.
The entire property was thoughtfully appointed and beautifully maintained. Our roomy gite was spotless and well-equipped. There were many unexpected amenities, such as sunscreen and a welcome bottle of wine, and our hosts were well-informed about area activities and festivities. We particularly enjoyed the exceptional pool and surrounding gardens on the very hot days of our stay.
